Do I need new testing?

Usually not to get started. Existing wearable information, annual labs, previous testing, fitness history, lifestyle habits, and your goals can provide a useful starting point. Additional testing is considered only when it may help answer a meaningful question. Don't test for the sake of testing.

Can I use lab results I already have?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing annual lab results and previous wellness information can help provide context. If something requires medical interpretation, diagnosis, or treatment, you should discuss it with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

What happens each month?

Each month, Refined Genetix reviews your available wellness information and creates your Monthly Refined Readout. Your Readout helps answer: What changed? What improved? What needs attention? What is probably noise? What are the three things that matter most right now? What should I do next? The goal is clarity and consistent action rather than constantly adding more health information.

How much time will this take me?

Very little compared with trying to interpret everything yourself. Refined Genetix is designed for busy professionals. You bring the information you're already collecting. We help organize it, identify what deserves attention, and reduce the month to a small number of realistic priorities. You don't have to become a health-data expert. That's the point.

What if I don't know which numbers matter?

That's one of the primary reasons Refined Genetix exists. Wearables, labs, fitness apps, scales, and testing platforms can generate dozens of measurements. The Monthly Refined Readout helps separate meaningful trends from daily noise and keeps the focus on the few things most relevant to your current goals.

Can you help me schedule additional testing?

Yes. When additional information could be useful, Refined Genetix can help identify and coordinate independent providers for optional testing such as: DEXA VO₂ Max RMR Biomarkers / laboratory testing Genetic testing Cognitive / WAVi assessment Posture & movement assessment Functional strength assessment Other appropriate wellness testing Testing is performed and billed by independent third-party providers. Refined Genetix does not perform or medically interpret these tests unless specifically stated and appropriately qualified.

Do I need every test on the Healthspan Map?

No. Absolutely not. The Refined Healthspan Map is designed to organize the information you have and identify where information may be missing. Missing information does not automatically mean you need another test. Before recommending additional testing, ask: “What decision would this information help me make?” If there is no clear answer, the test may not be necessary.

Is Refined Genetix medical care?

Accepted Answer

No. Refined Genetix provides wellness education, health-data organization, lifestyle strategy, testing coordination, and accountability. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or medically manage disease. Medical concerns, diagnoses, medication decisions, and clinical interpretation should be handled by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

What happens if something in my data looks concerning?

When information appears to deserve medical attention or falls outside the appropriate wellness scope, the appropriate next step is to discuss it with a qualified healthcare professional. One of the goals of Refined Genetix is knowing when something belongs in the wellness plan — and when it belongs with your healthcare provider.

Yes. Start Your Blueprint is available as a one-time $149 service. Monthly membership is available for $129/month. Annual membership is $899/year and is designed as the best-value option for people committed to long-term progress.

If I buy the Blueprint first, do I lose the $149 when I upgrade?

No. Your $149 Refined Blueprint is credited in full toward the Annual Refined Membership. Use the same email at checkout and the credit is applied automatically — you pay $750 for your first year. The credit can be used once.

Why wouldn't I just use AI or my wearable app?
