Policies & Membership Terms

Refined Genetix provides wellness education, health-data organization, lifestyle strategy, optional testing coordination, and accountability services. By purchasing a Blueprint or a membership, you agree to these terms.

Services are delivered remotely — by video, phone, and secure messaging — wherever you live. Occasional in-person meetings may be arranged by mutual agreement when both parties are able; in-person availability is not guaranteed and is not required to receive any part of your membership.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for the health decisions you make. Refined Genetix does not diagnose, treat, or medically manage any condition, does not replace your physician or other healthcare professionals, and does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, body composition, or longevity outcome.

Optional testing referenced during your review is performed and billed by independent third-party providers. Refined Genetix is not responsible for the services, results, scheduling, or billing of those providers.

Materials provided to you — including your Refined Readouts, Healthspan Map, and action plans — are for your personal use.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Refined Genetix collects only the information needed to deliver your review: the contact details you provide, the wellness information you choose to share, and the goals and priorities you describe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refined Genetix does not collect, see, or store credit-card numbers, and no card data is stored on this website or in its database.

Please do not submit sensitive medical records, DNA files, lab reports, or other protected health information through the website form. Appropriate instructions for sharing health information are provided during onboarding.

Your information is not sold. It is shared with third parties only when you ask Refined Genetix to help coordinate optional testing, or where required by law.

Refined Genetix is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or medically manage any disease or condition.

Nothing provided by Refined Genetix should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. Medical concerns, diagnoses, medication decisions, and clinical interpretation belong with your healthcare provider.

Refined Genetix does not perform or medically interpret third-party tests unless specifically stated and appropriately qualified. If something in your information appears to deserve medical attention, the appropriate next step is to discuss it with a qualified healthcare professional.

Always consult your physician before making significant changes to exercise, nutrition, supplementation, or sleep, particularly if you have an existing medical condition.

Refined Blueprint — $149, one time

An optional one-time service. Payment is due at purchase and covers your onboarding review, baseline assessment, first Refined Readout, and initial Healthspan Map. Because work begins once your intake is submitted, the Blueprint is generally non-refundable after your review has started. The Blueprint is included with the Annual Refined Membership.

Monthly Refined Membership — $129/month

Billed automatically each month through Stripe on your renewal date until canceled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date; your membership then remains active through the end of the current paid month, and you receive that month's Readout. Monthly payments already processed are not prorated or refunded.

Annual Refined Membership — $899/year

The annual membership is a prepaid 12-month commitment covering your onboarding Blueprint, twelve Monthly Refined Readouts, and your Annual Refined Review. It is designed for clients who want enough time to establish a baseline and measure real change.

Renewal: the membership renews automatically for another 12 months at the then-current annual rate unless canceled before the renewal date. A reminder is sent in advance of renewal, and any price change is communicated beforehand.

Cancellation: you may turn off automatic renewal at any time. Your membership continues through the end of the paid 12-month term, and you keep access to every remaining Readout in that term.

Refunds: if you have not yet submitted your intake, a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase. After your Blueprint review has been delivered, the remaining unused months may be refunded on a prorated basis at Refined Genetix's discretion, less the standard $149 Blueprint fee.

Billing management

Payment methods, subscription status, billing history, and cancellation are managed through Stripe's secure customer portal. A link to your portal is included with your Stripe receipt, or contact jeff@refinedgenetix.com and we'll send it to you.

Optional testing

Optional third-party testing is not included in membership pricing unless specifically stated, and is billed directly by the independent provider.
