Health Data Concierge

Fill the Gaps — Only When It Helps.

Your existing data comes first. When an important question remains unanswered, Refined Genetix can help identify and coordinate additional testing through independent providers.

More testing isn't always better.

Before spending money on another scan, assessment, or lab panel, ask a better question:

“What decision would this information help me make?”

If the answer isn't clear, you may not need the test.

Organized by the Refined Healthspan Map

Every option connects to a healthspan domain.

These aren't nine products in a catalog. Each one exists to answer a specific question inside one area of your healthspan.

Functional Strength & Aging Assessment

Strength & Body Composition
What it can help measure
Simple functional measures such as grip strength, sit-to-stand performance, balance, functional movement, strength benchmarks, and other age-appropriate physical performance measures.
Why someone might consider it
Strength is about more than what you can lift in the gym — a practical baseline for physical capability can be followed over time.
Do I need this?
Optional — not every client needs this assessment.

Explore Functional Strength Testing

Functional strength measures are wellness measures, not medical diagnostic tests. When an assessment requires a qualified professional, it should be completed by an appropriate outside provider.

Movement & Mobility

Are the way you move, stand, and train supporting long-term physical function?

Posture & Movement Assessment

Movement & Mobility
What it can help measure
Postural patterns, movement quality, mobility, balance, exercise form, and areas that may deserve additional attention.
Why someone might consider it
A posture and movement assessment can provide additional information about alignment, movement patterns, mobility, and physical function.
Do I need this?
Optional — most clients do not need every test.
Provider

Explore Posture & Movement Testing

Testing is performed through an independent third-party provider. Refined Genetix does not diagnose posture abnormalities, injuries, or musculoskeletal conditions, and does not claim that posture testing prevents disease or injury. Movement and exercise recommendations remain within a general wellness scope or are referred to an appropriately qualified professional.

Sleep & Recovery

Are you recovering well enough to support performance, energy, and long-term health?

Your Existing Wearable & Lifestyle Data

Sleep & Recovery
What it can help measure
Sleep duration, sleep consistency, recovery trends, HRV, resting heart rate, and lifestyle patterns from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Samsung.
Why someone might consider it
This domain rarely needs new testing — you're most likely already collecting it.
Do I need this?
No test required. Additional outside sleep-related testing only when appropriate.

Cross-Domain Data Source — genetic information may provide additional context across multiple areas of wellness, but it should not be treated as a prediction of an individual's future health.

Explore Testing

The test is not the value. What you do with the information is.

A DEXA scan is data. A VO₂ Max result is data. A wearable score is data. A lab report is data. The value comes from understanding how those pieces fit together, deciding what deserves attention, and following through long enough to create meaningful change.

Refined Genetix does not perform these tests. Testing is completed by independent third-party testing providers, laboratories, imaging centers, medical professionals, or other qualified facilities. Refined Genetix can help clients locate and schedule outside testing, and helps organize the results afterward. Medical decisions and interpretation requiring licensed clinical expertise should be addressed with an appropriate healthcare professional.

How It Fits Together

Testing is not the product.

The Monthly Refined Review and long-term accountability are. Everything else exists to make those better.

  1. 1

    Your existing data

    Wearables, labs, body composition, habits.

  2. 2

    Refined Healthspan Map

    Organized across six healthspan areas.

  3. 3

    Identify what matters

    What's solid, what deserves attention.

  4. 4

Optional testing — only if a gap exists

    Independent third-party providers.

  5. 5

    Monthly Refined Readout

    Human interpretation, signal vs. noise.

  6. 6

    Three priorities

    Not twenty. Three.

  7. 7

    Accountability

A conversation, not a dashboard alert.

  8. 8

    Review & adjust

Every month, for as long as it takes.

The test is not the value. What you do with the information is.

Best Value

Annual Refined Membership — $899/year

Approximately $75/month. Designed for meaningful long-term change.

Optional testing supports the membership — it doesn't replace it. One month gives you a snapshot. A year reveals the pattern.
